We might block you from making payments from your Account or with the Kestrl card if we have reason to be concerned about security or that it might be used fraudulently or without your permission.
We could also block your Account and Kestrl card to meet our legal obligations.
We’ll tell you through the Kestrl app before, or as soon as possible afterwards, if we have to block your access to your Account or Kestrl card. We will also let you know our reasoning unless it would be unlawful to do so or to put you further at risk.
