Your Account or Card may be blocked if there is reason to be concerned about security or that it might be used fraudulently or without your permission.
AF Payments may also block your Account and Kestrl card to meet any legal obligations.
You will be notified via the Kestrl app before, or as soon as possible afterwards, if your access to your Account or Kestrl card has been blocked. We will also let you know the reasoning unless it would be unlawful to do so or to put you further at risk.
