What if my card or phone is stolen or lost?

Contact us through the Kestrl app as soon as possible if your Kestrl card is lost or stolen.

If you are able to, then you should also freeze your Kestrl card through the Kestrl app or by contacting support. If you later realise there is no risk to your card’s security then you can unfreeze it.

If your device is stolen then please contact us through our support site's chat function as soon as possible and we will request AF Payments to freeze your account.
