You may close your Kestrl Account, at any time by letting us know. You can do this through our in-app chat function or by contacting us through our support page here: https://support.kestrl.io/en/.
You will still have to pay any outstanding charges (for example if you’ve asked for an extra Kestrl debit card).
We will ask you to withdraw any money remaining in your Account. Once your Account balance is zero, we will proceed with Account closure. You will then lose access to the app, its services and your card.
Note that there may be a delay in this process if your Account has been temporarily restricted for any reason.
