2. A Proof Of Address

  • What's allowed: Any of the following documents which are in your name, have your address, and are dated within the last 3 months from the date of submission:

    • A statement from a Bank, Building Society or Credit Union. Note that statements from e-money institutions like Revolut and Wise are not accepted

    • Local authority council tax bills

    • Utility bills (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phones)

    • Original mortgage statements from recognised lenders

    • A solicitor's letter confirming recent house purchase or Land Registry confirmation of address

    • Electoral Register Entry

    • NHS medical card or a letter from your GP practice confirming registration

    • Tenancy agreement

  • What's not allowed:

    • Driving Licenses, regardless if they were used for your ID or not

    • Provisional Driving Licenses

    • National ID cards or Biometric Residence Permits

    • Statements from electronic money institutions like Revolut or Wise

    • Mobile phone bills

    • Internet provider bills

    • A photo of a screen or a screenshot (a pdf upload or a picture of a physical statement is allowed)

    • A photo of an obscured statement i.e. a statement folded in half

3. A selfie

We'll ask you to hold your phone camera in front of your face in various positions. This will be compared against your ID for validation.

After you have completed the onboarding process, your application will be reviewed within 1-2 working days.
