You earn 100 Kestrl Points each time a friend you refer becomes a Successful Referral. Once you've got 300, you can use them to waive the £9.99 card fee.
When can I use my points?
When you order your first physical card, or a replacement if your card is lost, stolen or has expired. If you have enough points, you'll see the free card option when you order.
What's included?
Standard Royal Mail delivery to your registered home address. Express delivery, or delivery anywhere else, is charged at the rate in our fee information.
Good to know
Points are used up when you spend them. If you have 400 and spend 300 on a card, you'll have 100 left.
The fee is only waived at the moment you order. If you pay it and reach 300 points afterwards, we can't refund it, but the option will be there next time you need a card.
Points have no cash value and can't be transferred.
