How do I report a suspicious call, email, link or text?

We will never ask you to make any payment or ask you to share your security details (PIN, passwords etc.) over the phone.

We will never call you without first booking a call and confirming it in advance.

How to keep your account safe

  • Reach out immediately to our support team via the in-app chat to confirm whether a contact is legitimate

  • If you receive an email pay careful attention to the email address for typos and strange formats

  • For a call, we will never call you out of the blue, and always reach out beforehand to book time with you

  • If you have any doubt about the contact's identity, do not divulge any information to them

  • Never disclose personal and financial details over the phone or email. Only use the in-app chat function

What if you've fallen victim to a scam

You need to secure your account immediately

  • Cease all communication with the suspected scammer

  • Freeze your card within the Kestrl app by selecting 'cards' in the taskbar, and then selecting 'Freeze'. If you do not have access to your device then contact us via our support site https://support.kestrl.io/en/

  • Reach out to our Support team via the in-app chat or support site https://support.kestrl.io/en/
