There are two ways to add money to your Kestrl account, through Easy bank transfer or Regular bank transfer.
Easy Bank Transfer: This utilises Kestrl’s Open Banking Services where you can initiate a fund transfer from a third-party bank’s app from within the Kestrl app
Regular Bank Transfer: This will require you to manually copy your Kestrl Account number and sort code and enter it into your third party bank account for the purpose of transferring
Transfers should be instant but can take up to two business days in some instances. Where there is a delay we will do our best to inform you beforehand or as soon as possible afterwards.
For legal and regulatory purposes, you may only send and receive money from a third party bank account in the same name as your Kestrl account.
