The postcode lookup function is not working, causing people to type addresses manually

Delayed Money Transfers

For some customers, they are experiencing days in money arriving in their accounts, whether by 'Easy Bank Transfer' or 'Manual Bank Transfer'. This can be a few minutes to even a few hours. No Notifications Received

Rewards Unclear

It is unclear whether a customer is generating rewards, even after depositing £1,000. This will be remedied in the next Kestrl update on 10 March

Name Too Long For Card

If your name is over 25 characters your name will appear ‘cut off’ on the card. We’re working on a fix for this to offer ‘truncated’ suggestions for card printed name
