At times AF Payments may limit how much you can receive in or pay out from your Account, or how much you can withdraw or spend from your Kestrl card. This is to comply with compliance and regulatory limits in the UK.
The good news is that as you build a history with Kestrl and complete additional verification steps, your limits increase — and we're working to raise them further over time.
Your Trust Level:
When you join Kestrl, you start at Trust Level 3 (Standard). Once you complete enhanced identity verification, you're upgraded to Trust Level 4 (Enhanced), which unlocks significantly higher limits across the board. We're also working with our payments partner to introduce higher limits in the future — so if you feel your current limits are holding you back, that relief is coming.
